Title: Repeal of the Exempt Commercial Market And Exempt Board of Trade Exemptions 
Abstract:

Rulemaking would strike from the Commission's regulations all provisions related to exempt commercial markets and exempt boards of trade. Those market categories were deleted from the Commodity Exchange Act by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and, accordingly, no longer exists.
