Title: Designated Contract Market & Swap Execution Facility Market Maker and Incentive Programs 
Abstract:

Staff is considering recommending rules to the Commission to provide guidance for designated contract markets (DCM) and swap execution facilities (SEF) that establish or renew a market maker or incentive program. The proposed rules would provide DCMs and SEFs with guidance as to what are acceptable and unacceptable programs and program terms and other requirements that DCMs and SEFs must comply with as a condition of establishing or renewing a market maker or incentive program.
