Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Management Regulation (FMR). This amendment changes the means by which GSA publishes the redefined foreign gift minimal value rates, and adds the term and definition of "spouse". This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
