Abstract:

GSA is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Transportation Payment and Audit to clarify agencies transportation payment and audit requirements.  The FMR is written in plain language to provide agencies with updated regulatory material that is easy to read and understand.  This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
