Title: Appraisals--Availability to Applicants; and Requirements for Transactions Involving an Existing Extension of Credit | |
Abstract:
In response to comments received during NCUA's 2013 annual regulatory review, the Agency proposed to amend its appraisal requirements. Specifically, the proposed rule amended the NCUA's requirement for making appraisals available to applicants and the appraisal requirements for transactions involving an existing extension of credit. The rule was finalized without change. These changes will reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on credit unions. This rulemaking is completed. |
