The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to revise the Agency's FOIA regulations incorporating the intent and changes of the FOIA amendments. The revisions include incorporating the e-FOIA Act of 1996, reflecting the Agency reorganization of 2003 and making plain language modifications. |
