Abstract:
The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to amend the system for assessing the annual performance of health plans contracted under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. The purpose of this rule is to measure and assess all FEHB plan performance (experience-rated and community-rated) through the use of a common, objective, and quantifiable performance assessment by the 2017 plan year. |
