Title: Regulation SBSR--Reporting and Dissemination of Security-Based Swap Information 
Abstract:

The Commission adopted Regulation SBSR to implement provisions of the Dodd Frank Act to provide for the reporting of security-based swap information to registered security-based swap repositories or to the Commission and the public dissemination of security-based swap transaction, volume, and pricing information. Regulation SBSR also will require a registered SDR to register with the Commission as a securities information processor..

  

The Commission proposed further rules and guidance in connection with Regulation SBSR under RIN 3235-AL71 on February 11, 2015.
