Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to accommodate the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS) and Construction Contractor Appraisal Support System (CCASS) modules within the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) database.
