Title: World Trade Center Health Program Requirements for Enrollment, Appeals, Certification of Health Conditions Reimbursement | |
Abstract:
This final rule will clarify the eligibility, enrollment, and appeal requirements for the World Trade Center Health Program, including individuals who responded to the terrorist attack sites in Shanksville, PA, and at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This action will also finalize the interim final rule published on February 18, 2014, which amended the list of cancers covered by the Program. |
