Title: Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Health Care Facilities (CMS-3277-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule amends the fire safety standards for hospitals; critical access hospital; long-term care facilities; intermediate care facilities for the intellectually disabled; ambulatory surgery centers; hospices, which provide in-patient services; religious non-medical health care institutions; and programs of all-inclusive care for the elderly facilities. Further, this rule adopts many of the provisions in the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and eliminates references in our regulations to all earlier editions.
