Title: Obtaining Final Medicare Secondary Payer Conditional Payment Amounts via Web Portal (CMS-6054-F) 
Abstract:

Under the Medicare IVIG and Strengthening Medicare and Repaying Taxpayers Act of 2012 (the SMART Act), this rule finalizes the September 20, 2013, interim final rule, which implements a website that provides beneficiaries, authorized family, or other representatives, and applicable plans that have obtained the requisite consent from the beneficiary, the ability to access beneficiary specific Medicare Secondary Payer information. This information includes liability insurance (including self-insurance), workers' compensation, and no-fault insurance settlements, judgments, awards, or other payments.
