Abstract:

This proposed rule would establish new or revise existing surety bond requirements for ambulance suppliers, community mental health centers, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, hospices, independent clinical laboratories, independent diagnostic testing facilities, and suppliers of durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies.
