Title: ●Revisions to the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control and Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) Programs (CMS-6068-P) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would implement changes to the PERM and Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control programs to reflect  changes made to the Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility processes and systems required by the Affordable Care Act. This rule would also codify several procedural aspects of the process for estimating improper payments in Medicaid and CHIP.
