Title: New Medical Criteria for Evaluating Language and Speech Disorders (2962P) 
Abstract:

We are proposing new rules for evaluating language and speech disorders by adding a new body system to the Listing of Impairments in appendix 1 to subpart P of part 404 of our regulations. These new rules would apply to adults and children who apply for, or receive, disability benefits under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
