Title: State Health Insurance Assistance Programs Conforming Changes 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would update the State Health Insurance Assistance Program to conform with the transfer from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to the Administration for Community Living under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014.  This regulation will also be updated as part of the ongoing effort to conduct retrospective review.
