Title: Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects and Centers Program; Disability and Rehabilitation Research; Research Fellowships; Special Projects and Demonstrations for Spinal Cord Injuries 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend the regulations governing the disability and rehabilitation discretionary grant program authorized under title II of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.  These changes would increase the relevance, scientific quality, balance, and innovation of the research and development projects that the Department funds under these programs.  The regulations will include conforming changes to reflect the transition of the program from the Department of Education to the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living.
