Abstract:
The Public Safety Officers' Benefits (PSOB) Programs provide death and education benefits to survivors of fallen law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other first responders, and disability benefits to officers catastrophically injured in the line of duty. The regulation changes will be made to implement certain provisions of section 1086 of Public Law 112-39 and make program changes to improve delivery of benefits. |
