Title: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Miscellaneous Program Changes 
Abstract:

The Secretary proposes to amend the regulations governing a number of programs administered by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) to implement changes to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Act) made by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, enacted on July 22, 2014.

The Secretary also proposes to implement changes to the Act made by the Workforce Investment Act, enacted on August 7, 1998, that were not previously implemented in regulations, and to otherwise update, clarify, and improve RSA’s current regulations.
