Title: ●Test Procedure for Battery Chargers 
Abstract:

The Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 (EPCA), as amended, prescribes test procedures and energy conservation standards for various consumer products, including battery chargers. This rulemaking is to modify and clarify certain testing requirements in the existing test procedure for battery chargers codified in Appendix Y to subpart B of 10 CFR 430. It is also modifying definitions contained in 430.2.
