Title: Suspended Counterparty Program | |
Abstract:
The regulation will finalize procedures for the Suspended Counterparty Program. The rule will include requirements for reports to be submitted by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks (regulated entities) and procedures for FHFA to determine whether an individual or company is a threat to the regulated entities' safe and sound operations and should be suspended from doing business with the regulated entities. |
