Title: ●Minority and Women Inclusion Amendments | |
Abstract:
The proposed rule would amend the existing minority and women inclusion regulation to require the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), the Federal Home Loan Banks, and the Office of Finance to incorporate diversity and inclusion into their strategic planning processes. The regulatory amendment would require that the strategic planning process address diversity and inclusion in the entities' workforce, procurement, organization, and reporting operations.
