Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2014-002; Set-Asides Under Multiple Award Contracts 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA is proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Small Business Administration's final rule for section 1331 of the Small Business Jobs Act. Section 1331 provides the authority to set-aside orders against multiple award contracts for small business and the subcategories of small business as well as the authority to reserve one or more awards in a full and open multiple award procurement for small business and the subcategories of small business. This case is included in the FAR retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
