Title: ●Revisions to the Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) sections 701.603-70, 722.170, 752,247-70 and Appendix J 
Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) proposes to amend the Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) as follows: clarify the requirements for consultants; 2) the clause at 752.247-70 will be revised to conform to the current requirements of the Cargo Preference Act of 1954 and will provide up-to-date submission instructions to the Maritime Administration (MARAD); 3) cooperating country national personal service contractor (CCN PSC) warrant program will be incorporated into the regulation.
