Abstract:
This final rule would remove beef and pork muscle cuts, ground beef, and ground pork as covered commodities, in accordance with the Omnibus Spending Act of 2016 amendment to the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (Act). This final rule amends the Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) regulations to remove beef, pork, ground beef, and ground pork from mandatory COOL requirements. |
