Title: Marine Mammal Protection Act List of Fisheries for 2016 
Abstract: This action would change the classification of certain fisheries, the list of marine mammals involved in fishery interactions, the number of vessels/persons currently in each fishery, and other administrative changes for the 2016 List of Fisheries. The changes will help the National Marine Fisheries Service compile data on incidental mortality and serious injury in several fisheries, as well as work with fishers to develop strategies to reduce takes of marine mammals in fishing gear.
