Title: ●Regulations on Conducting Interagency Consultation Pursuant to the National Marine Sanctuaries 
Abstract:

Section 304(d) of the National Marine Sanctuaries Act requires federal agencies to consult with the Secretary of Commerce for any action that is likely to injure, cause the loss of, or destroy any sanctuary resource. This rulemaking would consider the need to have regulations to provide additional specificity regarding the procedures for conducting this consultation process.
