Title: Disclosure to Litigation Support Contractors (DFARS Case 2012-D029) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, which added 10 U.S.C. 129d, authorizing DoD to allow its litigation support contractors to have access to sensitive information, provided that the litigation support contractor is subject to certain restrictions on using and disclosing such information. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
