Title: Eligibility Requirements for Minor Dependents to Attend DoD Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS)  
Abstract:

This rule establishes policy, for enrollment in arrangements operated by or entered into by the Department of Defense. Minor dependents of active-duty military members and full-time civilian DoD employees residing in a permanent living quarters for any part of the school year on a military installation served by a DoD Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) arrangement are eligible for tuition-free education. This rule describes the procedures and eligibility requirements for minor dependents who are eligible for a DDESS arrangement.
