Title: Identification (ID) Cards for Members of the Uniformed Services, Their Dependents, and Other Eligible Individuals (Adding Subpart D) 
Abstract:

This rule discusses the issuance of ID cards and extension of benefits to all eligible dependents of Uniformed Service members and eligible DoD civilians is implemented across the DoD. It also aligns policy for the implementation of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 within DoD and provides procedures and defines acceptable documentation for enrollment and eligibility verification, as necessary. The revisions to this rule will be reported in future status updates as part of DoD's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563, completed in August 2011.
