Title: Changes to the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control and Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) Programs in Response to the Affordable Care Act (CMS-6068-P) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would update the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control (MEQC) and PERM programs based on the changes to Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility under the Affordable Care Act of 2010. This proposed rule would also implement various other improvements to the PERM program.
