Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for Hirst Brothers' Panic Grass 
Abstract:

We will make a determination regarding listing Hirst Brothers' panic grass pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This plant occurs in Delaware, New Jersey, and North Carolina, and is currently a candidate for listing under the ESA. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for the species. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the species as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BB42).
