Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Sprague's Pipit 
Abstract:

We will make a determination regarding listing the Sprague's pipit pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This bird occurs in Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas, and is currently a candidate for listing under the ESA.
