Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Sonoyta Mud Turtle 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Sonoyta mud turtle pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This turtle occurs in Pima County, Arizona, and also in Mexico, and is a current candidate for listing under the ESA. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for the species. A critical habitat determination is addressed as a separate action under RIN 1018-BB43.
