Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arizona Plants (Acuna Cactus and Fickeisen Plains Cactus)
Abstract:

On October 3, 2012, we published a proposed critical designation for acuna cactus and Fickeisen plains cactus. In this final rule, we will designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, for acuna cactus and Fickeisen plains cactus under the Endangered Species Act. For the acuna cactus, we proposed critical habitat in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal Counties, Arizona. For the Fickeisen plains cactus, we proposed critical habitat in Coconino and Mohave Counties, Arizona. Both species are listed as endangered species.
