Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Oregon Spotted Frog 
Abstract:

On August 29, 2013, we proposed to designate critical habitat for the Oregon spotted frog, a threatened species. In this final rule, we will designate critical habitat to the maximum extent prudent and determinable for the Oregon spotted frog in the States of Washington and Oregon.
