Title: National Wildlife Refuge System; Management and Regulation of Conservation Lands and Administrative Sites Owned by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service | |
Abstract:
We propose new regulations for public use of lands owned by the Fish and Wildlife Service that are not part of either the National Wildlife Refuge System or the National Fish Hatchery System. These lands are conservation lands and administrative sites, and include the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. These regulations would educate the public about allowed uses of these lands and improve our management and protection efforts for these lands and the fish and wildlife they contain. |
