Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Pacific Fisher (West Coast Distinct Population Segment) 
Abstract:

We will propose to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, for the West Coast distinct population segment (DPS) of the fisher under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for the species. We will make a listing determination for the Pacific fisher (West Coast DPS) under the ESA as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA05).
