Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Miami Tiger Beetle | |
Abstract:
On December 22, 2015, we proposed to list the Miami tiger beetle as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. With this final rule, we will make a listing determination for the Miami tiger beetle. We will also propose to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, for the species in a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA15). The Miami tiger beetle is a species endemic to the Richmond pine rocklands habitat in Miami-Dade County, Florida. |
