Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Guadalupe Fescue | |
Abstract:
We will propose to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, under the Endangered Species Act for the Guadalupe fescue. We are developing a listing determination for the Guadalupe fescue as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BA74). The Guadalupe fescue is a grass species restricted to a small area in Big Bend National Park, Texas, and an adjacent area in Mexico. Critical habitat may be designated only in the United States. |
