Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Black Warrior Waterdog | |
Abstract:
We will make a listing determination for the Black Warrior waterdog, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the Black Warrior waterdog as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA79). The Black Warrior waterdog is a salamander species that inhabits streams within the Black Warrior River Basin in Alabama, including parts of the North River, Locust Fork, Mulberry Fork, and Sipsey Fork drainages and their tributaries. |
