Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Section 4(d) Rule for the Gunnison Sage-Grouse 
Abstract:

We will propose a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act to specify "take" prohibitions for the Gunnison sage-grouse, which is listed as a threatened species. The Gunnison sage-grouse is found in Utah and Colorado.
