Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Elfin-Woods Warbler 
Abstract:

On September 30, 2015, we proposed listing the elfin-woods warbler as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. With this final rule, we will make a listing determination for the elfin-woods warbler. The elfin-woods warbler is native to Puerto Rico. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the elfin-woods warbler as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA95).
