Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determinations for 10 Animal Species and 39 Plant Species From the Hawaiian Islands 
Abstract:

On September 30, 2015, we proposed to list 10 animal species and 39 plant species in the Hawaiian Islands as endangered species. We will make a final determination for these species. These 49 species are experiencing population-level impacts as the result of multiple stressors.
