Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Texas Hornshell 
Abstract:

We will make a proposed listing determination for the Texas hornshell, a mussel species, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. The Texas hornshell is native to Texas and New Mexico. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the species as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BB35).
