Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, make a determination to designate critical habitat for the Huachuca springsnail. The Huachuca springsnail is native to Arizona. We will make a listing determination for the Huachuca springsnail as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BB36).
