Title: Prohibition of Falconry Within the National Park System  
Abstract:

This rule would clarify that the possession or use of live raptors for falconry purposes is not "hunting" or "trapping" according to NPS policy, and therefore is not permitted in parks where Congress has authorized hunting or trapping.
