Title: Tribal Transportation Program (Formerly the Indian Reservation Roads Program) 
Abstract:

This rule incorporates statutory changes made by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). MAP-21 created a new formula for distribution of transportation funds among tribes, which had the effect of overriding the formula that was published in 2004 at 25 CFR part 170. This rule will update the formula and make other changes required by MAP-21, including changing the name of the program from the "Indian Reservation Roads Program" to the "Tribal Transportation Program."
