Title: Modifications to TTB Regulations to Implement Statutory Changes 
Abstract:

TTB is issuing changes to its regulations as a result of the enactment of the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, the Internal Revenue Service Reconstruction and Reform Act of 1998, and other statutes. These amendments inform interested parties of changes by these acts that relate to operations of wineries, breweries, and distilled spirits plants.
