Title: ●Establishment of Procedures for Correcting Errors in Rules | |
Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE or the Department) is establishing a procedure through which an interested party can identify an error shortly after DOE issues a rule establishing or amending an energy conservation standard and request that DOE correct the error. As part of this process, DOE will, after issuing such a rule, not publish a final rule subject to this process for 30 days to allow the public an opportunity to review the rule and submit error-correction requests. |
